e-Education project started its journey focusing on Grade 10 (Preparation for Matriculation Exam) since June, 2013. It has developed a concept of e-learning to provide more access to quality education for rural ethnic poor students through utilizing technology. The project was introduced to community based boarding school, IDP camps, and Free Monastery schools in many remote areas across the country. Our project school in Hakha average passing rate from 2015 to 2017 was 26% higher than before the project was introduced. In 2018, the project was scaled up at a public school in Hakha as a pilot project with collaboration with Chin State Education Office. Since then, the concept was developed to be applicable for grade 10 teachers in 2018-19 academic year. We have built strategic partnership with Chin State Education Office under the administration support of Chin State Government for reaching more students and teachers.
To reduce the education gap between urban and rural areas and increase the completion rate of high school so that student can pursue their dreams.
